As a registered Clinical Social Worker and relationship recovery coach, I have spent over 15 years supporting women through some of the most emotionally complex seasons of their lives. My work centers on professional women navigating separation, divorce, narcissistic abuse recovery, and the identity shifts that follow emotionally harmful relationships.
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and capable — yet privately second-guessing themselves. They may feel ashamed for “missing red flags,” exhausted from overgiving, or unsure how to trust their instincts again. My approach integrates trauma-informed principles with structured coaching to create real, lasting change and collaborative space where insight turns into meaningful action.
You do not need dramatic healing spaces. You need grounded clarity, steady support, and practical tools that restore your sense of agency. My role as a relationship recovery coach is to help you rebuild emotional stability, strengthen discernment, and move forward with confidence — without clinical overwhelm.

I support women in rebuilding identity and confidence after emotionally harmful relationships. Through trauma-informed
care and structured guidance, you can process grief, strengthen boundaries, and move forward with clarity,
not fear, not shame, but grounded self-leadership.

I believe every person carries resilience and internal wisdom, even when it feels temporarily inaccessible. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with the clarity and strength that already exist within you.
As both a therapist and relationship recovery coach, I create a non-judgmental, collaborative environment where you can safely explore challenges, gain insight, and establish realistic, values-based goals. We focus on understanding patterns, identifying triggers, and building practical strategies that translate insight into action.
My approach is structured yet calm. We prioritize nervous system regulation, emotional organization, and steady forward movement. Whether working through anxiety, trauma, separation, or narcissistic abuse recovery, the goal is sustainable change — not quick fixes.
Over time, clients experience greater emotional steadiness, stronger decision-making, and renewed confidence in their ability to lead themselves. Healing becomes less about reacting to the past and more about building a grounded future.
